Roles & Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
Technical Skills
- CRM Software: Proficient in using CRM software and client management tools.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing client data and performance metrics.
