Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician.
Technical Skills
- Help Desk Software: Proficient in using help desk software and systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with employees.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve IT issues.
